Delivery:
– delivery in Kyiv is possible by courier (95 UAH), Nova Poshta (according to the postal rates) or Ukrposhta (according to the postal rates);
– in Ukraine, delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta (at postal rates) or Ukrposhta (at postal rates);
– outside of Ukraine, delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta only in case of full prepayment of the order and payment of the shipping cost (payment options are discussed individually). Products from the MP3 Music section cannot be shipped outside of Ukraine;
– orders from 2500 UAH are delivered free of charge.
Payment:
– cash payment upon receipt;
– cash on delivery;
– transfer to a bank card;
– cashless payments.
Important!!! Registration (authorization) is not required to place an order on the website.
The order can be considered fully completed only after a call back from our operator and/or confirmation in the mailbox you specified during registration or by phone messenger.
Orders are collected and dispatched/delivered within one to three business days after receipt, depending on the store’s workload and the availability of goods in stock. Orders received on weekends/holidays will be processed on the first business day, immediately after they are confirmed.

It is also possible to pre-order any items you are interested in (both those presented in our store and catalogs, and those not presented) in branded publications.
